ns221 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any associated policies published by ns221:

• "Platform" means the ns221 website located at https://ns221.vip, including all sub-pages, product verticals, mobile-optimized interfaces, and associated APIs.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which all gaming, deposit, withdrawal, and bonus activity is conducted.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is 21 years of age or older.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using real-money funds held in their Account.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of a Player's real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held in their Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real-Money Funds" means Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposited by a Player via an approved payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures ns221 applies to Player Accounts in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is not permitted under applicable law or ns221's licensing framework.

Use of the ns221 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. ns221 applies a strict 21+ age policy across all product verticals. Providing false age information to gain access constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies to the individual user. ns221 primarily serves English-preference players located in Indonesia.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ns221, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether issued by ns221 or by any other gaming operator — that remains in force at the time of registration or subsequent use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

To access real-money gaming services on the ns221 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ns221 Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. ns221 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and consolidate or void any Balances associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ns221 may decline to process withdrawals or may suspend an Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate or outdated.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. ns221 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify ns221 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification

ns221 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with its international licensing obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. ns221 may request updated KYC documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ns221 customer support. ns221 reserves the right to close an Account at its discretion, particularly where a breach of these Terms has occurred. Upon Account closure following a breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be voided; Real-Money Funds will be returned to the Player after completion of applicable KYC checks and deduction of any outstanding fees or liabilities.

All financial transactions on the ns221 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

ns221 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels. Processing times and minimum transaction amounts are set out in the table below:

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ns221 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ns221 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ns221 Account holder. Prior to processing a first withdrawal, ns221 may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are ordinarily processed the same day. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.

4.4 Transaction Integrity

ns221 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, ns221 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

ns221 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome or new-player bonus once only. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus via duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in Account closure.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for ns221 deposit bonuses is 30× the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining after the validity period expires will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games and product verticals specified in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, live casino games and certain high-RTP slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• ns221 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via the Platform or registered email.
• Where ns221 reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or that bonus abuse is occurring, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend or close the relevant Account.

All games and betting markets available on the ns221 Platform are governed by the rules published within each respective game or product section. The following general principles apply across all ns221 products:

6.1 Sportsbook

Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Piala AFF, MotoGP, and e-sports — are governed by the ns221 Sportsbook Rules. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. ns221 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where real-time data feeds have experienced a delay. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.

6.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming under their own game-specific rules. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, ns221 will apply the relevant studio's disconnection policy; where no such policy exists, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG-based games on the ns221 Platform use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each title are disclosed within the game information panel. ns221 does not alter, override, or manipulate RNG outputs.

6.4 Poker Tournaments

Poker tournament rules, blind structures, prize pool distributions, and late registration windows are published on the ns221 Poker Tournament page. Buy-ins are denominated in IDR. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the relevant tournament rules before registering.

ns221 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the Account settings panel or through customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders that trigger after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and no new deposits will be accepted.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying their session duration and net gaming activity.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while being a minor under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonus mechanics, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players in poker tournaments or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using ns221 bonuses, arbitrage wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and exploitation of system errors or promotional loopholes.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to launder money or disguise the proceeds of criminal activity through gaming activity on the Platform.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of the ns221 Platform software or infrastructure.

All content on the ns221 Platform — including but not limited to the ns221 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, user interface elements, and game content supplied by third-party studios — is the property of ns221 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ns221.

ns221 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ns221 implements 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from ns221's operational capital. KYC documents are stored in accordance with ns221's data retention obligations under its international gaming license and are never sold to third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ns221 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to losses arising from wagering outcomes, technical failures, delays in payment processing, or unauthorized Account access resulting from your own negligence.

ns221's aggregate liability to any individual Player for direct losses arising from a proven breach of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ns221 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. ns221 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ns221 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ns221's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.

ns221 does not represent that the Platform is lawful, appropriate, or available for use in every jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all local laws applicable to them. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as ns221 providing legal advice to Players regarding their local regulatory environment.

ns221 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to fee structures, withdrawal conditions, or Player rights — ns221 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the Platform and/or email to registered Players before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.5 above.

The version date displayed at the top of this page always reflects the most recently published version of these Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
